The municipality of Florencio Varela, led by Andrés Watson, is intensifying road works on Provincial Route 53 and Cariboni Street, two key corridors connecting the district's neighborhoods and rural areas.
The works include concreting, roadway reconstruction, and complementary hydraulic works to improve rainwater drainage.
According to the Argentine News Agency, the intervention on Route 53 focuses on sections with heavy traffic and frequent pavement breaks, while on Cariboni Street, the goal is to consolidate an axis linking expanding neighborhoods.
These tasks combine the demolition of deteriorated pavement, the construction of new concrete slabs, the placement of drains, and the adaptation of ditches.
The local administration states that the objective is to "improve road safety, reduce travel times, and ensure safer access" for residents, public transport, and trucks supplying the district's productive belt.
